Should We Update iOS 13?

Some time has passed since the official issue of widely expected iOS 13. Cons:

Though there are so many amazing new features in iOS 13, we shouldn't ignore that it comes with flaws. They are various compatibility issues. For example, it is reported that some apps stuck in the loading screen after updating iOS 13. They might seem minor, but when encountered in real usage, these problems become so annoying that you might strive to control yourself from hurling the phone.
